Combining my background in architecture with a passion for culinary excellence, I have dedicated myself to creating exceptional dishes that embody both exquisite tastes and creative designs. My love for rare and exotic ingredients has allowed me to entice and tantalize the taste buds of those who have experienced my creations. My culinary journey started at the age of 25 when I began working as an assistant chef and quickly rose to the position of head chef. Driven by a desire to learn and grow, I pursued advanced courses in coffee making and mixology, allowing me to create show-stopping beverages that I showcased in cafes and bars. With a wealth of experience and a passion for sharing my knowledge, I transitioned into teaching, managing, and consulting for restaurants and cafes. I have since opened a few successful and currently active restaurants and cafes in vibrant cities such as Isfahan, Tehran, Bournemouth and London.
In recent years, I have continued to share my culinary expertise through private instruction and public events, including several television appearances on the Persian channel, Manoto TV.
