I had the pleasure of collaborating with Neda and Shahu on a television program tonight, where we worked on baking an incredible tropical cheesecake and an amazing tropical drink called Passion Mint. I thought of sharing the list of ingredients we used, so feel free to message me if you have any questions. Here are the ingredients that we used:

- 250g of biscuits
- 80g of melted butter
- 80g of sugar
- 200g of double cream
- 250g of Mascarpone cheese
- 12g of gelatin
- Lemon zest
- 60ml of Passion fruit syrup
- 40ml of lemon juice
